Ophir Women is an exciting new adult rugby team based at Ulster University, Jordanstown, competing in the Ulster Rugby Women's Championship. Our squad is a dynamic mix of seasoned players, athletes from sports like soccer, hockey, and camogie, and women eager to get fit and be part of a vibrant, social community. Whether you're an experienced player or a complete beginner, you'll find a home with us.

Led by a dedicated coaching team, we welcome women of all abilities and backgrounds. Our focus is on developing skills, building fitness, and creating a supportive and inclusive team environment both on and off the pitch. Whether you're here to compete or just to enjoy the game and the camaraderie, Ophir Women is where you belong!

Training:
We train twice a week at Ulster University Jordanstown (UUJ)

Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 7:30 PM
