Ophir started the match with intensity, controlling possession and dictating play. Their hard work paid off with two excellent tries in the first half, both showcasing quick ball movement and precise finishing. A successful conversion gave Ophir a commanding 12-0 lead heading into halftime.
Ballyclare came out strong in the second half, determined to turn the game around. They broke through for a try, narrowing the score to 12-5, but Ophir’s defense rose to the occasion. A series of crucial tackles and disciplined play ensured that Ballyclare couldn’t find another breakthrough.
