Ophir RFC is looking for a passionate, ambitious Head Coach to lead our Senior Men’s 1st & 2nd XV. This is your chance to develop players, build a winning culture, and shape the future of our club.

The Role:

• Location: University of Ulster, Jordanstown
• Season: Mid-July to April
• Training: Tues & Thurs (6:30-9 PM)
• Match Days: Saturdays (fixture dependent)

What You’ll Bring:

• Level 2 Ulster Coaching Accreditation
• 3+ years' coaching experience (Youth or Senior)
• Strong leadership, recruitment & development skills
